No, we don't look in the mirror and see ourselves as fat. This is just the most common allegory to make it easier for people to understand how we feel. That's something I never fully recovered,and it's my greatest obstacle towards the fit life style. I hate eating. Hate it. Absolutely hate it. That was the main fuel behind my anorexia Nervosa, I abhor eating. I was immune to the feeling of appetite and slight hunger, that sort of feeling that makes people actually eat. It didn't affect me at all. I went straight to the next stage of food deprivation: dizziness, weakness, fainting, pain in the stomach, headaches...but actual hunger, will to eat, gluttony, I simply did not have. Could go one day with water (lots of water) and an apple. Of course I'd be too weak to get out of bed, but I could do it. Once my family institutionalized me and doctors introduced me to the horror of force feeding through a nasogastric tube, I had the final stimulation to try and fight the disorder.
I'm okay nowadays. Sometimes i miss my old body, my sack of bones. I thought it was pretty. I still hate eating with all my strength, but since I switched purposes, from becoming a waking skeleton to swollen meat greek statue, I've found myself each time more distant from that old starving figure I used to be. It was an odd pleasure, unknown by normals, to look in the mirror and see your bones trying to escape that skin cage.

You should know that it's 10 times easier for you to get fit, you know? I'm 180 cm and since i started lifting I gained 15 kilograms. Looking at me, no one can tell the slightest difference. I still look like a walking skeleton. Fkr my height it takes tons of muscle mass to actually make a visual difference in my frame and figure. I need an extra 20 kilograms, perhaps more, to look fit and muscled.
You, on the other hand, can achieve a fit body with incredible ease. 5, perhaps 10 kilograms are enough to turn into beast mode. You have this aspect of life on easy mode and you don't even know it. You could do it in one year.

But if you're down the weight losing road....
You can relax about loose skin, you're not fat enough to actually get loose skin after you've lost weight. You seriously should overcome your insecurities and join a gym because there's a limit of how far you can go without equipment. Everyone who entered a gym felt like they didn't belong there at some point. Actually I still feel like that everyday. You have to get over it and do your own shit regardless of others. Gyms are filled with people much fatter and much older than you. You could avoid rush hours so you don't get to look an army of chads exposing their testosterone filled hot sweating bodies around. But you really should join one because weight lifting is very important too,apart from aerobics.
You should do two hours of aerobics a day, one hour in the beginning of the day, one hour later. It must be exhausting. Whether you're jogging or doing whatever bullshit you're doing at home, if you don't finish your session soaked in sweat Feeling like you're about to die from exhaustion, than it's not worth it. You should keep your daily intake below 1800 calories but careful not to go down the malnourishment road, which can be worse than overweight. Just be sure to cut sugar, grease, fat, pasta and consume lots of protein.
If you manage to go around your insecurities and start working out, gotta add one hour anaerobics to your daily routine.

Stair climber is 10/10 but it's literally too hard, so as a beginner you won't manage to go for long.
Elliptical is nice because is low impact on the joints, but you kinda have to put a high resistance level to increase the difficulty otherwise it's just a walking machine. Treadmill is treadmill. If you like cycling, one of those rpm classes might be a good alternative. It's a bit more fun than spending 45 minutes running by yourself.
But regardless of the machine, remember your aerobics session should last at least 45 minutes, though I'd recommend one hour, and I'd do it twice per day.
And if you are going to work out you should lift before the aerobics.

Anyone else here too lazy to eat? I don't have a kitchen so buying food is useless, it takes me 2-4 days of hunger to actually leave the house and get some food. And then its usually just a bakery I visit or burger king.
