Keep pushing water. If there is anything within walking distance, most gas stations, liquor stores, etc. will have acetaminophen of some sort.

Stay hydrated, eat some fruit or something, and if it gets higher than 40 call an ambulance because 105 degrees Fahrenheit is dangerous territory (40 Celsius is 104).

Unless if you're so far gone even calling an ambulance gives you a panic attack, then you might want to consider just staying the course.

Yep. Go ahead and take only one of them. Drink water, but slowly. Don't guzzle.
Check your temp again in 30 minutes, if it hasn't gone down at all take only half of another ibuprofen, but no more for at least another 4 hours.
Take a cool, damp washcloth and put it on the back of your neck.
You'll be fine.

That's been right at 30 minutes and you're in a better range. Just keep those damp rags on the back of your neck and check your temperature again if you start to feel worse, or it's been about 4 hours since you've taken your first dose.
You can take it again at that point. If you find some paracetamol or acetaminophen you can alternate every 3 hours with the ibuprofen.
Your fever needs to be there a little so that your immune response can do its job, but certainly not at 40C.
