Always compare grams per scoop to grams of protein in the serving (most have a solid overhead of other shit in there that makes the actual protein percent about 70-80, which is shit), eat before heavy workouts so you don't fucking die, sleep well, hydrate a lot it makes your muscles work better, don't worry about aesthetics for the first year, don't skip a day because it becomes easier after that, don't work out every fucking day, running steals gains but is necessary, always use clips on the bars, ALWAYS put the plates BACK in the CORRECT SPOT, uhhhhhh.... can't think of anything else off the top of my head.
