You work. There's no trick.
It's dumb, stupid to say but once you get in, you build a habit of doing so, and it stops being unpleasant.
You also have to change your perception of what's fun but unproductive, like videogames or just internet, try to see it as a reward, "I've worked hard so I can allow myself some time to cool off", not "I've done everything I had to do".
