Don't worry about stuff. We're all going to die soon.
I would rather not
Not like this, at least
Immortality, including biological immortality will one day be the standard, but not in our lifetimes. You're one of the unlucky people born before singularity.

What if we're all actually immortal?
Amansits down before agun, which is pointed at his head. This is no ordinary gun; it's rigged to a machine that measures the spin of aquantum particle. Each time the trigger is pulled, the spin of the quantum particle -- orquark-- is measured. Depending on the measurement, the gun will either fire, or it won't. If the quantum particle is measured as spinning in a clockwise motion, the gun will fire. If the quark is spinning counterclockwise, the gun won't go off. There'll only be a click.
Nervously, the man takes a breath and pulls the trigger. The gun clicks. He pulls the trigger again. Click. And again: click. The man will continue to pull the trigger again and again with the same result: The gun won't fire. Although it's functioning properly and loaded with bullets, no matter how many times he pulls the trigger, the gun will never fire. He'll continue this process for eternity, becomingimmortal.
Each time he pulls the trigger, the universe is split in two. It will continue to split, again and again, each time the trigger is pulled.
The sole observer can't be killed, because then there'd be no one to observe.
And if there's no one to observe it, it may aswell not exist.

Whatever your problem is given enough time it could be satisfied or otherwise be made satisfied, you simply live in different times and will remain wanting.
why did we have to make trump win

uploading you mind to a computer wont make you imortal, you'll still be alive and mortal in this world but with an "imortal" clone of your mind on a computer
