Don't talk to them. It's not worth it. I regret opening up to female employees. I figured if we shared a few gripes about the job it might be more fun.

It's not. They constantly bitch to me now. Most of all, they bitch to each other and now you're included in the complaint circle. If you think it might get you a GF, it won't. They'll just pity you after you say you're single.

you talk to humans through human interaction.

If you're having trouble talking to female humans, start with male humans. When you see a male human that you already talk to talking to a female human, approach and say hi to both of them.

Either get involved in the conversation or talk primarily to your male coworker. either way, next time you see the female human you will be able to say hi to her without being awkward.

Also, forget about romantic or sexual approaches for now. treat them as a human being and not a woman and everything will be much easier.

I am in the same situation anon.
I never talked to them and they never talked to me.
So i guess it's gonna remain like that till the end.
I am tired of being the one engaging conversations, if people don't intiate a conversation with me then fuck them.
They conplained to my manager that i don't talk. No shit ! You never talked to me, why should i do the opposite ?
