Tell you lads what I made a belting lasagne today. Made the ragu and bechamel from scratch, and also included pancetta and a layer of pork sausage. Nice bit of cheddar in the bechamel and mozarella on the top. It'll do me a good two or three more days will that. Tasted so much better than a Dolmio as well. No mushroom or onion, just a bit of spring onion in with the herbs and spices into the marinara base.

Cost me nowhere near 100 quid. Just used 4 regular 20 watt CFL energy saver bulbs from ASDA and a little 10 watt lamp that I had lying around; bought a length of wire from the iron monger and wired the lamps in paralleled. Added a cheap 5 quid PC fan to keep the air moving at around one month.

Regarding timer, yes I used a cheap one off ebay.

Yes I pushed the main stem over and tied it down when I was happy with the size, some of the forums refer to it as LST -low stress training.

What about air filters did you use any? I heard carbon filters are good but I dont understand it, are they like air filters I place around the plants or is it something where I have to make sure the airflow goes through a carbon filter like with a tube. I'm thinking of doing the same under the sink but the doors to the sink would make the smell come out no?

Deffo use some kind of filter. At the time I was living in a flat and my upstairs neighbors could smell it. Fortunately they were druggies too so they didn't GAF.
