Get someone to pretend that they are attacking you when the dog is around. Keeping going "ow!" And making lots of noise and eventually the dog will catch on.

Feed him with raw meat. If you hear dog barking somewhere in the background tell your dog to bark too. Just let him bark at everything and he'll become aggresive towards dogs. Some time later he will start becoming agresive towards humans too
