There is some truth to this, but this is also dismissive as shit.
I have insomnia and it's usually tied to anxiety. Sleeping like 2 hours because you are anxious about something like an interview fucking sucks.
My only advice having dealt with insomnia for a decade is, try to find a semi regular sleep schedule, and I take melatonin most nights.
