Prob the worst place to ask considering most people on here are virgins and betas.
But how do you deal with break ups? This break up has me crushed, can't sleep, eat or have the energy to do anything
What do I do?

Alcohol. If you're too young to drink then I'm sorry I cannot help you.

Dealt with the same a few times honestly it's like falling down. You hurt for a little while but the best thing to do is dust yourself off and get back out there. I wasted so much time hanging over some slut who didn't love me the way i lived her and the truth of that showed when I got cheated on last week. I believe in you anon we'll get through it together :)

Also, immediately go out looking for a replacement. Don't try to get any sort of closure, that's just an excuse to interact with your ex.
Women are a lot like dogs. When a dog dies, it's best to immediately get a new one.

It can only be healed with time, for now just get rid of anything that reminds you of her.
>gf of 4 years broke up with me to go to college and ride dicks
>burnt a ton of handwritten notes we used to pass to each other in school, along with a watch and teddy bear she gave me
>didn't make the pain go away entirely but it was cathartic
Also 7 years later I'm still single lol
At least I'm getting into self improvement now so I'll be looking great by 30.

Drugs? I just go for the sweeping shit under the floor philosophy

You'll get over it eventually. My advice is to cut all contact from her or barely talk to her.
