I had raw tuna, salad and rice for dinner. It was really nice, a touch of seasame oil on top then I mix it together in a bowl.
My favorites are healthy chicken wraps, oatmeal porridge, omelette, smoothies, cooked fish or chicken, salad etc etc
Eat nutritional food, eat grains, eat more protein and more vegetables. Don't eat red meat, eat lean meat + cook you food instead of frying it. Always make your own food and never buy something that is already done.
Why don't you google it? You would get more help there than here ot at least go to /ck/. People here dosen't know shit about anything, majority have an IQ under 100, are underaged and overweight too.

if your goal is just to lose weight, healthy vs unhealthy meals has nothing to do with it.
You can eat whatever you want, just eat less of it.
