Stuffing is when you consume a lot to distend your stomach as far as possible. A lot of stuffers don't actually want to gain and just focus on stretching their stomach capacity. A lot of times they'll even do things like just drink water because it has no calories.

Gaining is more about getting fat than maximizing the amount you can eat in one sitting.

A lot of people tend to overlap both sides but they're completely distinct categories.
