Ya man this happened to me when I was like 17. I just realized one day I had no desire to play video games anymore. I still play counter strike a couple hours a week but no where near my 9hr+ per day habit I had when I was a kid.

Iv since moved on and now enjoy self improvement. I work on cars, learn to play music and lift a lot... I'm still a social outcast but at least I'm a slightly more desirable outcast.

I grew tired of anime around 20-21 (I'm 23 now), because all it did was to remind me that I had no friends, let alone a GF. I'd still watch some military themed shows because I like those, but I stopped watching seasonal stuff that was currently airing which is mostly slice of life, fanservice ridden harem bullshit. Video games at that point were just frustrating as fuck or simply uninteresting, and I can't afford them even now because I don't have a job yet.

Just watch actual TV shows and movies instead. As for video games, I find that some F2P games are alright but your mileage may vary depending on what genre you enjoy.

Same here. I'll play maybe an hour or two of smash a week to relax, and get frustrated. But it all feels like a waste when I could either be eating, sleeping, exercising or studying. TV in general feels like a waste unless it is a documentary. Try some documentaries, learn about the real world.

Try socializing more. I am naturally introverted and have many social anxieties. I'm realizing that we introverts over-think socializing and it's actually quite easy if we think less and let ourselves look like a fool once in a while. Try and have fun with it.
