How do you guys organize your reaction photos ?

Well on my PC I have a Reaction Image folder with a few sub folders for a specific topic or whatever that I might have a large amount of (Pepe and wojack, Trump, Happening, etc) and the rest just sit in the folder unorganized, some have custom filenames some dont.
On my phone it automatically saves images to a folder based on the source of the image, so most of my reaction images are just in my Clover folder, with a few others scattered about.

Occasionally I try to sort them out, but that would probably take a good half hour or so.

oh wait I selected the folders. All my pics are on the main folder of a drive. 25k of them. It's too late to change now.

Most of the time, I just get my reactions off google. I need to save it to my '/delete' folder under a string of random numbers (because no one likes seeing that "tumblr_inline" shit or whatever)
My '/delete' folder gets purged any time I deem it necessary.
It's frustrating, because I go looking for a hard to get or self made image, only to realise I saved it under /delete and its long gone.
It's an absolute mess and I'm thinking of changing up the system.
