Amateur boxer here. You're probably gonna get ganged up anyway but here are the basics:

A good punch involves your entire body, it begins on the hip and you carry it trough your shoulders, it's supposed to be like a whiplash, the tip is what will hurt.

If you punch someone in the face hard you can and most likely will end up hurting your hand or wrist.

Clench your jaw and stomach muscles, watch out for kidney punches and cheap shots.

Remember, real fights rarely last more than a few punches, try to take him out first even if you must kick him in the balls. Don't grapple, if it comes to that you alreadly lost.

The other guy is probably a faggot that can't fight properly but his friends will not doubt get into the fight if he starts losing, so please consider avoiding the whole thing or if you really must, bring some people over with you. Then, depending on your height, while your opponent is distracted by his head injuries (hands will instinctually move up there) knee or punch (if you're a manlet) them in the gut or groin.

Last step is, if they're not already on their knees, pull or kick them down. Grab the back of their head and knee their face. Do it too hard and you could push the nose back into the brain and kill or brain damage them, so be careful.

You can then proceed to bitch kick or slap them however you want.
