Cheap-ass noddles or rice are the most energy you can get for the price, buy a load of them to avoid hunger.

To avoid malnutrition, bulk-buy eggs, they have a lot of what your body needs. There's lots of ways to prepare eggs if you want variety.

Add fish and greens (green cabbage is good) once a week if you can afford them and you have successfully avoided death by stupidity.
