If you have the money you can get damn near anything you want. If it's just an ugly jaw then a meowfort might not be necessary. There are implants and fillers which are usually easier and cheaper.

Talk to a good plastic surgeon. Most do free consultations and you'd be amazed at the range of treatments and procedures available. If people can remove someone's heart, sew in a dead guys heart, then have the person wake up feeling better than before then I don't think removing a couple cysts, doing an acid peel, and augmenting the jaw and cheeks a little is outside the realm of imagination.
