Actually, I've sort of noticed this too. However, I think it's just how you and I have been conditioned to see intelligence. Homosexual people come off as fairly open minded.. And it's not so much in the I'M A LIBERAL I'M SO OPEN MINDED way. They just seem a bit detached from sexuality in a way that allows them to have a seemingly unbiased opinion towards males and females. It's definitely an enjoyable viewpoint.

There are plenty of stupid gay people. You just never see them because you either assume they're straight or just never have to deal with them.

There's also the fact that 90% of the world is straight and only like 10% is gay. So the straights have got a lot bigger of a sample size to pull the mouthbreathers from.

I've heard an interesting theory that gays are smarter because that's nature's way of testing out an idea. It puts it's best and brightest on the scene to figure out if it can be done. Biology is crazy like that. I think Milo or somebody like that said it.
