Seriously underrated as hell. It has higher HP than a lot of pokemon and if you give it the right stats, can take a beating.

Last time I played Fire Red I beat it with just a Raichu and a Vaporeon. I needed a fire pokemon to bit Lorelei in the first match of the league but that was it.

I don't like Pokemon for how good they are at battling. Most of the other Pokes in my image are pretty shit too when you look at it from only that perspective. Design/aesthetics and personal memories playing with that Pokemon are more important to me. For me, Camerupt meets those criteria in spades.

i think the problem with Gen 6 wasnt the weak designs. Every gen had those. The problem is that gen 6 introduced so few pokemon, that way the chances of a good design are minimized.
