Ingrown toenails. I went to the doctor and they just injected me with an anaesthetic and cut off like half the nail. Shit was weird to look at but the operation only lasted a minute.

Doc said if I get it again they'll pull out the nail.
Said fuck that.
So I just take a knife and pull the corner of my toe nails above the skin and let it grow out, then all is well.

Ingrown toenail, I had for, one on each side of nail on both big toes.

Clean it, it's infected. Alcohol, 75% or higher, or hydrogen peroxide/bactine if you're a bitch.

Use something to lift the nail out of the toe, sometimes it's shallow sometimes deep. Then use something to fit underneath until the nail has grown above the "ingrown" line, wait until the wound heals.

I used cotton swab sticks under the nail to prop it up. Clean it daily, use medical tape and gauze/or bandaid to keep splint in place, and keep it sterile.

And stop picking your feet.

Don't see your regular doc OP. Look for a good podiatrist in your area and they should be able to fix it easily. Trust me those guys have saved my ass multiple times
