Literally half an hour ago.

Last night. Leg day.

Deadlifts, squats, calf lifts and press.

Yesterday, went for a 2.2 mile run.

i dont remember

Today went skiing with two friends from my college. Hello Dan if you are browsing.

Wednesday. Overhead press and deadlift. I skipped squats because my knees hurt.

Thursday, finally went 30 minutes on the stairmaster followed by 30 minutes on the low-riding bike. I pushed myself to the point of soreness on Tuesday lifting weights, but I got to get back to it on Monday.

got a severe clavical bruising, a concussion and i somehow acquired diarrhea in the last day or 2

i really want to exercise again

not since tuesday or wednesday

i don't do much, but what i was doing was working. now i've gotten myself into a pattern of laziness again somehow
