Who else /chronicdailyheadaches/ here?
What works for you?
I had chronic migraines every single day from age 12-18. I stopped eating terribly, dropped 100 pounds and they stopped happening so often. Now, I only get them at most twice a month.

There's not a lot of weight I could lose so I'm not sure it could help. Do you mean eating healthy by less terribly or less food?

I get headaches at least once every other day.
Like the other anon said, I started eating healthier like a week ago and haven't experienced one since.

Get migraines all the time. I suffer from severe motion sickness is I move too quickly. Doesn't matter if I get in a car, boat, or plane. Any movement will make me nauseated and give me a migraine. In my case, drinking ginger ale helps with the nausea and in turn helps with the migraine that comes with it.

I meant by cutting out unhealthy food and switching to eating better things. As an example, I haven't had soda in almost 5 years now.

That's crazy. I have a coke at least once a day to help keep me awake.
I've been eating a lot of salads the past few months.
It's only made me lose a few pounds with no improvement on the headaches.
I'm still tempted to go vegetarian and see if a radical change in my diet would help

I'm frequently nauseous too. It's usually when the headache progresses into its worse state.
I've never tried ginger ale. Thanks for the tip.
Does it taste any good? I can remember disliking ginger bread cookies as a kid.

I would consider cutting soda out for a week or two and see how it affects your headaches.

Not the same as ginger bread.
It taste like Sprite. Its also somewhat carbonated which is suppose to help wih Nausea.

Quitting caffeine, booze, taking magnesium and staying hydrated, with water of course. Fruit juices and soda just further dehydrate you.

Try drinking a lot of water(no soda or any other sugary drinks) throughout the day, like 3 liters.

My dad had a similar problem something with calcium carbonate crystals in his ears, he does some weird exercise that makes them go back where they should be. He explained it to me but I can't really remember. Since he started doing it though he hasn't had any problems. He would get really dizzy, and sick before just moving around.

I had chronic migraine from 11 to 18 at varying severity
Then it just went away
Try getting a humidity sensor in your room
I used to get migraines and found it was due to low humidity, strained my eyes to the point of light sensitivity and couldnt keep them open + made me feel sick and dizzy

I suffer from chronic migraines, sug.
I found an indian new age healer that makes them go away, though. I just hope my husband doesnt find out
Staring at the monitor all day every day really helps desu

Drink more water.
Literally the most overlooked thing but it makes a big difference if you drink water instead of constantly drinking coffee / soda / mountain dew or whatever.

I used to get chronic tension headaches. 4-5 days a week.
Doctor proscribed Fioricet. Works pretty fucking good, plus I get a nice buzzed feeling from it.

In my case I can stare at a screen all the time I want.
The migraines begin just when I stand up or I go try do something productive
