What I'd do probably for the first few centuries is completely fuck around with people. I'd pull umbrellas out of my empty pocket, when people blink I'd make things materialize. For example, I'd say I'm going to get takeout, and the person says okay. I'd materialize the takeout in my hand whilst they blink. I'd just wish for the ability to control the flow of time. That pretty much nets me immortality, infinite money, the ability to get my ex back and treat her right this time, and damn near anything I could ever want. I could even probably travel through space that way if it stopped the meteorites whizzing through space and swiss cheesing me. Not sure how I'd deal with the vacuum and oxygen parts, but I have time to figure it out.
