The way to approach it is calmly and logically, letting the doctor call the shots. I'm clinically depressed (diagnosed) and I just approached them and explained all my symptoms without mentioning self-diagnosis. If your symptoms point towards cyclothymia or bipolarism, the doctor will pick up on it.

Well, my day's just ended, but I think I did okay. I'm still a virgin, but I have a girlfriend, who's sort of a pet project for me. I have strong feelings for her, and she does me. I don't really complain about being a virgin either, it doesn't bother me all that much, and I'm sure nothing will change after I lose that status.

Today I cleaned the house a little, I have a linux box, I've been distribution hopping in my spare time, just figuring out what it is that really works for me. I went out, to an MMA class, I really enjoy it, not because I care about the sport, but because I've managed to find a class with mature yet energetic, friendly yet intelligent, dedicated people that I enjoy being around. I don't think they mind me too much either, I've had some friendly conversations, but topics can be limited when you're as inexperienced as I am.
