Itoshi no Kana. It's essentially just a romance story of a guy and his ghost gf doing cute couple things and renovating their shitty apartment. Notable for it's more casual and realistic depiction of sex. It's not depicted as being shameful, but rather just a normal thing that lovers who live together do.

Gets kind of emotional in some scenes, enough to make me tear up a bit.
