I don't really know for sure anon, but I would say someone incapable of properly integrating into society, someone who was incapable of becoming a "contributing citizen" i.e was not able to socialize as a child properly, was not able to go through high school as a community contributing student along with peers and go on to University, a trade, or business "successfully".

This can be for a variety of reasons. Some robots are just failed normal people, something happened along the way that fucked them over and now they're in a rut posting here. Maybe they've had friends and girl friends and such, so original robots might look down on them because they've had it all before.

By original robots I mean those who were essentially "doomed" from the start, as in, suffered from some sort of mental illness (as much as I hate using this term because fuck psychologists and most psychiatrists) such as Asperger, Autism, Bipolar or Schizo, Depression has become so fucking common now that every asshole thinks they need pills for their emotional distress, and hug boxes like Tumblr welcome them. People who are actually fucked in the head aren't necessarily going around flinging shit and kissing door knobs, but at the same time it can be extremely difficult for them to be self sustaining despite any desire for friends, family, and social acceptance/contact (and wanting this doesn't mean you're a faggot, its human nature).

So to me, Robot can be a broad definition. But deep down, I do slightly resent those who have never had to suffer through tougher shit, yet blame others for their problems. I may have been diagnosed bipolar, had a emotionally/mentally stressing and fucked family (history of mental illness and fuckery), and taken 19 years to finally realize I'm different despite suspecting it many, many times and my parents lying to me continuously.

Anyway, thats the jist of it. I feel a little redemption in taking responsibility but still feel like shit for failing.

I can attest to this. I've been seeing shrinks for the last six years in a desperate attempt to fix myself, and they just keep passing me on to more and more "qualified" "help." No one acknowledges that because my fundamental beliefs and the entirety of my life's experience is so fucked that it would take a lifetime of reprogramming to fix the damage. and until I can find a better alternative, I'm probably going to try doing just that
