It's easier to carry a bottle of hand sanitzer that contains mostly alcohol, squirt a little on the seat and run it around with some toilet roll till dry.

Tissue method fails quite often, even if carefully laid, can stick to your ass, and shift or fall off. At the end of the day though, there is more bacteria on your hands and in your mouth than on your ass cheeks.
