It's been over five years since my last contact with anybody who I went to high school with. Kek.

deleted my facebook about a week ago. Best decision of my life, all I'd do is look at my newsfeed, at highschool friends who'd left off to go to uni and were living perfect, happy lives.

Fuck em all I say. Isolation is the best cure.

I had a bunch of people on it in the past, definitely over 100. I haven't touched it in 6 years though and don't talk to any of them at all.

I recently made a facebook because of the engineering group hosted by upperclassmen. I got free textbooks scans and other info. I have less than 10 friends though.
I added the guys on steam on facebook that I played games with often for 6-7 years to make it seem like I'm not a total loner.

When my mum asked me why I dont have facebook like other young people I told her I don't like the culture of narcissism on there. In reality I'm just afraid I won't get more than 50 friends on there.

I had one because I'm an oldfag and it was the brand new website on the block in 2007, this was like 5 years after I graduated high school

I collected a bunch of """"friends"""" including people who were assholes to me or spoke 5 words to me in all of high school, realized that everyone was exactly the same, then collected co-workers, then witnessed everyone's perfect lives with their careers and university education and husbands & wives and houses of their owns and kids, and then deleted it in like 2012 and never went back.

The only "social" media I use is twitter and have a handful of IRL people on there who barely use it themselves. Then again almost all media is and websites is social media these days

When I was on Facebook, I peaked around 300 friends. I had some good times with it, having used it to talk to many girls I regret I can't speak with anymore and many of my friends too; I had plenty of worthwhile conversations but it wasn't all good: they're watching you, your every word. What was once innocent critical thinking and off-kilter political views became something that the ZOG doesn't take kindly to, and so my Social Media days ended. Now, anything I can do to purge the Internet of my presence, the better.

I have 295. It's mostly just guys I went to high school with and a few from college. I literally don't have any friends though. FB friends mean absolutely nothing.

The people with hundreds of Facebook friends aren't celebrity-tier popular, they just habitually send friend requests to every single person they chat to. They are probably only genuine friends with about 10% of them, the rest are just acquaintances.
