Sounds like you're going about losing the weight the wrong way. You can still eat quite a lot as long as you are eating the right foods- fish, chicken, fruit, salad you can eat fuckloads of these things + take lots of vitamins. Start drinking coffee.

I was really motivated last year, bought a bike and started cycling to school in spring. Threw out useless food and started eating clean, after feeling a bit better started to going to and did stronglifts 5x5. found an exercise i like doing: skipping

can do it in backyard. doesn't take long cause its intense. and you can get into a rhythm, then put your mind into some fantasy and just keep up the rhythm. if you get too bored you can do tricks like 1 foot and stuff.

The only problem is loose skin. Every other aspect of yourself slowly improves to Chad levels. I lost 100lbs in my mid-late 20s (28) now and the physical changes are stark, but I have a problem with loose skin.

I've been learning and losing weight for about 10 years, since I was obese as a kid. I went to the gym for the first time when I was a teenager and reached a BMI below overweight around my sophomore year in high school. These days I'm skinnyfat but that's been coming to an end lately too.

Overall I haven't had much to complain about other than my family feeding me into childhood obesity in the first place.

It's going okay. I got down from 270 to 215 (and I genuinely have no clue how I did that, I hardly paid attention to my diet at all and just worked out every day), and I was stuck there for a really long time. Eventually, I stopped going to the gym. At one point, even though I hate retarded meme diets, I tried keto and got down to 200. As soon as I got off of it, though, I almost immediately gained all of that weight back (leading me to assume that most of it was water weight anyway) and then some, and over the past few months I've gone back up to 230 somehow. Trying to work on that, though.

I have a similar problem. My mom brings home a lot of free food from where she works, and it's generally not the healthiest stuff.

That being said, what I'm doing, and I recommend you try the same, is I've purchased a food scale, and I've been meticulously weighing out my meals, watching my portions and counting calories (I use an app called MyFitnessPal for this). That way, I've been able to eat relatively unhealthy stuff whilst not consuming too many calories. I'm also going to try and sneak in at least 1 (maybe 2) outright healthy meals a day. Seems to be working so far, I'm down to 225 from 230, but it's only been a week.
