I beat depression OP. Nobody believes me. They think I am just going through a manic phase. But I've been basking in my victory for over a year now. I knew I had won even when I was cleaning shit out of urinals at McDonald's.

Nobody believes me, so I will never be able to pass on my secrets. But that's okay, because I won.

See, this is why everybody is depressed. They see a miracle and they assume it's an illusion. Of course you're never going to be happy if you can't recognize happiness for what it is.

Anyways, not being depressed doesn't mean you're happy 24/7. But I was happy 24/7 simply because I was not depressed. It's complicated and difficult to explain. Once you suffer as I have, you will forever be happy that the suffering is gone, even if the circumstances of your life fluctuate.
