How did you end up with that? What was process? Is it enough to live off?
I'm currently taking meds for anxiety but they do nothing. Without parents I'd be homeless.

I was working but didn't show up, i went to a doctor who excused me from work with depression, i received money from my health insurance (not americuck) until a limit was reached, then the state took over. After 2 years my job contract ended (they had to pay me nothing but also didn't have to throw me out and since my boss was understanding he didn't end my contract before it ran out to avoid the bureaucratic mess). Then i applied for basically the lowest automatic income one can receive from the state, they sent me to a special doctor who talked to me and checked me out (full body) for 2 hours, and one month later i received NEETbux, rent+350 euro per month.

I took meds but came to the conclusion that they don't help by themself, therapy and reflection/learning is the primary method, Meds are just secondary and if you talk to good therapists they will tell you of the bullshit that the depression/anxiety medicine is. It can be useful for people who just fell into a hole due to some special circumstances, but for those who are in a deep pit, since their youth for whatever reason they can only really help when actual progress is made in the way you think and how you interact with the world (or how you perceive yourself).

I feel bad for any severly depressed people who live in the US, no shitposting intended, it's a really dire situation there when one hopes to receive help because one can't help himself anymore

The past few days I've been learning how ride a bike. Shit is difficult; I can't even put both feet on the pedals without falling over. I'm not even fat, but I'm guessing I need to work on my core more because I can't fucking balance at all.
