The idea of sex has become a nightmare for me, and I need to fix myself to enjoy a good sex life. I'm a relatively attractive guy and getting a girl into bed isn't particularly challenging, but the sex absolutely is. Here are my list of problems:

>I can't get comfortable with new girls (casual sex)
>I can't get hard unless I've been drinking
>If I do get hard, I'll usually cum super quick unless I've been drinking and I've jerked off beforehand
>I have a terrible sex drive. Every girl I've been with wants to fuck all the time, meanwhile I can only enjoy one fuck per day.
>I repeat, sex while sober is impossible for me. I can't concentrate, I lose my erection, I cum to quick, I become disinterested
>Always get very nervous
>Always think I'm gonna fuck it up (and I do)

The only times I've had good sex is when I'm drunk or relatively high, otherwise it's lame as shit for both of us. I don't know what to do. Sometimes I'll be enough of a beta to tell a girl that I honestly just want to sleep and not have sex. How the fuck do I fix my sex life?
