What's the cheapest way to get finasteride?

Has anyone used Spruce to get a prescription? It's $40 and just done over the app, seems cheaper and more convenient, but the issue is Spruce prescribes 1 mg finasteride, and I could probably get a normal doc to prescribe 5 mg proscar.

I've heard cutting 5 mg proscar is the cheapest way to get fin, but what about 1 mg generic? How much would it cost?

how long does it take for minoxidil to work?
after one month i dont see a difference yet, hair only looks darker in the new picture because of the flash i think
and on close inspection i can see ive lose some hairs

i used to count 15 hairs on the pillow in the morning, mostly thick ones
now im counting 50+ and most of them are small weak thin hairs. hopefully im shedding the weak ones to grow strong ones in their place.

No, you need at least 1 mg. Try to get the 5 mg tablets, those make it really cheap. Taking more is not more effective though.

Also to anyone who is balding, don't wait too long. I waited two years before I started taking finasteride and using minoxidil. I really regret that now, I lost so much hair that I could have saved. It's now growing back quite a bit, went from VI to III. Really good progress for only a year but it could have been better.

At 15 I had a full head of hair that grew too fast for my liking. I hated having to comb and style it everyday. So I started getting really short fades, which I had to do every 2 weeks.

At 17 I said fuck it and started buzzing it down to nothing. Much better. Then a friend of mine dared me to shave it. Did it, loved it, kept shaving for a few years.

At 21 I watched Chad's getting all the girls in the bars and said, I'm growing my hair out again...months later I realized I was at Type IV Norwood...wtf?

If you are worried about Fin sides, get on RU55841 or (even better) CB0301 or Setipripiant. Get an invite to the PHG forum and do a group buy. Minoxidil is a waste- it does nothing to fix the problem.
