>Just did 10 push-ups and 10 "crunches"
Thank you, anime!
>>23293667
crunches are shit, do planks instead
>>23293701
Not until a cute 2D girl tells me to
>>23293701
Do planks do anything really?
At want length of time do they stop doing anything?
>>23293667
>proud of 10 fucking push ups
>>23293872
Until your body gives out.
Have you ever done a plank?
>>23293667
I can do 110 pushups and over 300 sit ups.
Am I still cute?
>>23294541
>110 proper pushups in a row
if you actually can that, then I'm pretty impressed
>>23294646
It's not that hard. I'm pretty skinny and find it easier to do so. If I just tell myself to keep going then I just go despite the pain!
Aren't planks like motionless excercise and hence not as impressive looking so people underestimate them? I'm thinking now that planks probably build abs and posture muscles without hurting you like crunches.
>>23294715
builds endurance instead of strength.
they don't really increase the size of muscles, but increases how long you can use the,.
>>23294706
how skinny are we talking?
>>23293667
I'm sure it will do you good OP, but if you really want to get better, you will have to listen to advice provided by another kind of anime
>>23294749
So doing planks will help me do more pushups if I give up at around 20 pushups per set I presume. I'd hope. I want to be able to do between 50 and 100 per set just like I can with squats but at 20 to 25 the muscles just become numb and no longer work. Might be the O2 who knows really.
>>23294923
Yes, endurance would increase amount of push ups you can do, while strength would increase the amount of weight you can lift with a push up. Like holding dumbbells or something.
I'll do crunches and planks because fuck you I want abs.
>>23294904
I already do this, except instead of 10km it's 15km.
>>23293667
planks build up your support muscles, not really your active crunching ones. They give you better posture and support so you can lift heavier weights with proper form.
>>23295168
I don't believe you do all that every day.
