Anyone else here talk to themselves or make random noises out loud?

or sometimes when im sad i make sad noises or sometimes just weird random noises out loud in my car mostly

or sometimes i just say 'haha im autistic' out loud to myself

but never too loud i dont want others to hear it though

I talk to myself almost all the time when at home.
I don't do it outside, but I also have only been outside a maximum of 5 times in the last half a year so it's not like I have had a lot of opportunity.

Mostly I just commentate on what I'm doing or sperging some trivia or talking about my life almost as if I was shooting a video for youtube while playing vidya. I have never created a video like that though and never will because I know I'm not entertaining.

I also actually sometimes make random noises even when outside, I don't even know why, most of the times it's sounds like I'm hiccuping or choking a little.

I have a habbit of announcing names for some reason.

Sometimes ill find myself sitting alone, fapping to questionable material. And ill just blurt out a name like Horatio Hornblower!

I do alot of drugs tho, fam.

my thought process is as if I am posting about something on 4chan, and I've started saying it out loud without even realizing it, so I will be walking about muttering "you are seriously a nigger if you drink room temperature milk" or whatever

Sometimes I say what's in my head out loud and don't finish sentences.

Generally when writing I dictate to myself what to write, it helps keep focus.
