The problem with faking nudes is that getting even remotely decent results takes a lot of searching to get suitable images to borrow from. An xray (assuming it wasn't a bullshit "herp derp burn tool" one) can inform the anatomy and lighting, but it doesn't solve the problem of needing to find images.
