adBlock plus , privacy Badger , Video Downloadhelper, Youtube vid downloader, Iobit surfing protection and ads removal.

I have had already tried disabling all of them and had firefox start in safe mode and captcha still didnt' load

Did you try disabling your Adblock? Just to check isn't a false positive and he's blocking something he shouldn't.
