not sure if you are new here or not but I will give a brief explanation
The quality of the shop depends solely on the quality of the source pic. All too often you get what you did here: supply a low res pic with a high res donor.
Put simply the math is as follows
Hi res +hi res =Excellent shop
Low res + hi res = medium shop
low res + low res = mediocre to poor quality shop
Also head angles should match as closely as possible
Skill of the shopper plays a big part in the results too
