Need photo edited (not porn, sorry)

Hey /r/, I've got this photo made of just black and white pixels, as you can see. I have a photo I want edited in the same way, just black and white pixels. The picture I want edited will already be pixelated to the right sized pixels, I just need someone who can make them black and white and make it look recognizable still, I can't seem to get the shading right using just the two colors. I'll post the picture to edit like this one in a second post.
