I thought that at first, too, when I saw your picture of the clothed one. But if you look closely at mine in the OP and compare it to the clothes you can tell they aren't wearing anything.

All the sources point to a tumblr account, and that user posts several versions of the same pictures, so the user is probably the creator of the picture. And the 'nude one' might be an unfinished edition of the final one, meaning that the black squares are just there with nothing underneath, if you get what I am saying
