Smaller is better, imo. Provides more freedom to actually manuevre around and do something interesting in bed. I think that the biggest anyone should be is 7inch long, one, maybe two, in girth. Minimum being, like, 2inch long, or something like that. At least, I'm assuming the reasoning for your want is sex related. I wish my own dick was kind of smaller, desu. Though, I can see why the aesthetic of a larger member could be useful if you want to get into the porn industry, which is cool, I guess. The penis is an organ composed of lesser components, like muscles and nerves and ects, all the organ stuff you probably know about. That means that it'll probably grow with consistent micro-tearing of the muscles in it, which could provide more length and girth. Though, it shouldn't be overdone. Even consistent masturbation can provide permanent growth. I suppose diet would also play a big part.
