Friend of my from FaceBook posted this pic and covered her chest with a heart and I'm very curious to see why she cover up the pic, so if someone could remove the Heart I would really appreciate it, Thanks

sorry, there is no way to do that, that heart just overwrites data what was in that particular spot of picture.

not from facebook ;) sometimes in certain photo applications you can remove layers. this is not the case.
