Where does this watermark come from?

I've seen watermarks like this before and I'm wondering where they come from.

I've tried google, and a lot tried recreating the watermark and reverse image searching that, but no luck. I think it's some kind of webcam thing.

It's a small grey speaker icon, facing to the left positioned in the bottom right of the screen, with three grey 'sound waves' coming from it. Any help would be very much appreciated, or if you know of a video with this watermark without knowing where it comes from that could help me too.
