There was this western futa comic I read a few years ago. I don't remember it very well, so I could be wrong about some details.

The entire comic was black (grey?) and white. It was about a high-school girl who grows a long a really long cock for some reason, I'm not sure where or when. She wears a skirt, so her giant cock keeps hang out. She hides herself in the school bathroom, but her bully shows up and ends up finding out about her cock. She ends up having sex with her bully in the bathroom (I think). After that they both end up in the principal's office. After giving the girls a warning the principal says "...and at least put a sock on it!" and she puts a cock-sock over the futa girl's cock.

Now here's an important detail: it was said on the comic's cover that it was the winner of a Futanari Palace's annual competition. But this "Futanari Palace" has been down for 3 months now. Can you help me find the comic?
