If you put on winter parka. put under your jacket a a basketball, yes you can see at there is something under, and yes you can see it's round , but you cant see what it is. same goes with your picture, under exposure are e.g. the black area what you call nipple, is just that, a black area with somewhat same shape as nipple. there is no data to bring the nip to see..
for now on, i am just gonna ignore this request.
