the idea is good, imho it's a little watery.
I don't know how to recreate cum starting with nothing, what I do is copying from cumshots or other photos and shape, changing the brightness and blurring where needed.
This is my try with the original just to give you an idea

I use this method. I dont really like to use liquify, i feel like it takes too much time for minor improvements.

The issue I had with this method is that the cum layers couldnt be modified without making the black background show in the image. The result was cum that looked either too bright or too dark for the image.

What I do now is i use clipping masks for all 3 cum layers. This allows me to adjust color and light ONLY on the cum and skin I have revealed using masks
