It's been years since I've done request fulfills, and I thought that someone might return the favor and help me out. I used to watch late night tv in the central valley of ca as a kid. We didn't have cable, so i'd come out when everyone was asleep and watch between channels 40 and 73. Most of it was opera or infomercials. Kung fu on upn 53, and ronco on 47. This is absurd to ask, but I'm looking for a movie that was played over 20 years ago. There's a villainous clown that kills people, but if I remember right, he has a mask on. There's a reveal scene in a werehouse where the floor gets busted in. Any help is appreciated, and I hope this thread doesn't die before I get home. Pic somewhat related. He was whitefaced with black makeup.
