I could do it in MSPaint, will take a few minutes if you want. I don't think it's something you can't do easily yourself, just zoom and erase pixels carefully and it'll turn out pretty good every time.

I want the artist source though.

The Artist is Aikega. I'm looking for a decent photoshop job. I can use the magic selection tool in photoshop to cut it out but it wont be properly tidy around the edges.

I'm not proficient enough in the lasso tool to make proper cuts around the entire picture. But I'm currently trying a combination to cut down on the amount of selection / correction.
