I found the artist and the answer is disappointing.

The "artist", is a shitposter/troll/failed artist from /v/ that like to post thumbnail of different images, you can find more info about her on the /v/ archive with the nickname “absfag”

also according to the info i have read absfag was an artist from deviantart called pk-studios that specialized making dress up flash in anime style, that means the same image with different variants, pretty much the same thing that absfag does.

Unfortunate she deleted all of her deviantart, probably because all of her art is traced but this is just a rumor i found on the /v/ archives, you can find her old deviantart here:

So, in short, there is not a bigger version of that image or a source in general, the only way to find her art would be if someone hacked her computer or something, or finding the art of her old deviant account.
