Don't try to open it. Find a blowjob pic that fits the angle of the photo and the complexion of the girl you're trying to fake. Blend it in and you're good to go.

It's possible just doesn't really worth it. It takes a lot more time and unless you're a pro, it will look significantly worst than if you've used a sample from a bj pic.
